Good’s Processing is a family owned and operated business dedicated to serving all your domestic and wild game processing needs. We are committed to providing the best service and the highest customer satisfaction. Meet the team and learn how our standards help our traditional processing methods.
Good’s Processing was started after Terry moved from the Denver area to Montrose to open his own butcher shop. He brought with him 30 years of experience. Two of his sons, Tate and Thomas, now own and operate the shop, and are excited to follow their father’s career path.
We offer on-site harvesting to eliminate the adrenaline and stress that loading and traveling can cause to the animal.
TRADITIONAL STYLE CUTTING
From breaking down the carcass to hand trimming each individual steak, we ensure the best quality processing.
Every beef is dry-aged for 14 days to allow for tenderness and flavor. Or, as we like to say, “Meat, Done Right!”
All meat is packaged in a layer of heavy cellophane, then an additional layer of wax paper to extend the life of the meat in the freezer.
